Dear Members and all concerned,

The long awaited draft of Memorandum Of Understanding is out for everyones review. The MoU is being compiled to help define the instutional structure of SEBS and its Chapters and recommend the working procedures to be followed for smooth operation and interaction between the organizations.

The MoU is currently being reviewed by the Executive Committee and team of advisors. In the mean time, we are seeking comments from members which are valuable to give direction to the future of SEBS.

Please send comments to sonta@kittelson.com before June 1st, 2002. Upon incorporating the comments, it will be adopted by SEBS and SEBS-NA and will be a binding document. Further supporting document of MoU clarifying the duties of specific office holders will be published to facilitate smooth implementation of the MoU Rules.
