The monthly meeting of SEBS-NA Executive Committee was conducted on July 28th, 2002 at the Excomm Room of www.sebsonline.org. The above mentioned officers attended the meeting and following agenda were discussed.

Agenda 1: Annual Reunion Recap
The meeting discussed various issues of the Annual Reunion that took place with the ANA Convention from July 4-6, 2002 in Chantilly, VA. The Annual Report that was presented in the Reunion was acknowledged as a major achievement. Kiran Sitoula took the charge to write a memorandum about the reunion describing areas of improvement for next reunion.

Agenda 2: Seeking New Vice President
It was decided that an announcement would be published in the next sebsonline.org for the vacant vice president position. Yubraj Acharya will draft the announcement. In addition each member will submit a recommendation for the position. It was pointed out that a girl member will be a plus.

Agenda 3: Planning for FY 03
Sagar Onta will prioritize the goals set in the Annual Report 2001/2002 for FY 03 and start planning accordingly. He will also finalize the Project Acceptance Policy before the next monthly meeting as announced in the reunion.

Agenda 4: Financial Update and Planning
Yubraj and Kiran will meet and handover treasurer duties to Yubraj. They will also come up with financial planning for FY 03 by next monthly meeting.

Other Issues Discussed
The issue that was discussed in the meeting was the role of batch representative and need to rejuvenate their participation. The idea of allocating various tasks and programs for each batch was discussed. It was decided that Kiran will contact batch representatives from 100A-200B, Sagar will take 300B-800B and Yubraj will take 900B-most recent graduating batch.

Next Meeting to be held on: August 31st, 2002, noon EST at the Excomm Room.
