    Memo of Understanding between SEBS and SEBS-North America

    MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN

    SOCIETY OF EX-BUDHANILKANTHA STUDENTS

    &

    SOCIETY OF EX-BUDHANILKANTHA STUDENTS – NORTH AMERICA


    Society of Ex-Budhanilkantha Students, hereinafter referred to as SEBS, having its registered office in Kathmandu, Nepal and Society of Ex-Budhanilkantha Students - North America, hereinafter referred to as a SEBS-NA, having its office in Virginia, the United States of America have mutually agreed to the following understanding in order to promote and strengthen the alumni organization of Budhanilkantha School.

    Therefore,

    1. SEBS and SEBS-NA shall jointly formulate and implement all its activities related to alumni matters upon consultation with each other.
    2. SEBS will be responsible for overseeing joint projects between SEBS and SEBS-NA in Nepal.
    3. SEBS-NA will be responsible for overseeing joint projects between SEBS and SEBS-NA in North America.
    4. Procedural guidelines for joint implementation of this agreement shall be termed as "Working Guidelines".
    5. The official website www.sebsonline.org shall have joint access by both Executive Committee Members of SEBS and SEBS-NA.
