According to the newly implemented By-law (Niyamawali) of Ministry of Education, BNKS has a management committee Chaired by the Secretary, MoE for a two year term.
The other members are representatives from the MoE, M o Finance, FOBS, SEBS, Teachers, two nominees from the MoE (gender balanced), District Education Officer - Ktm, and the Principal as the Member Secretary.
The President has been nominated by SEBS to represent us till the up-coming AGM, tentatively scheduled for August - after completing the Audit Report for the FY 2059/60.
The AGM shall decide on the criteria for the representative and appropriate it in the constitution.
