SEBSers requested to sign petition supporting Dinesh Prasain
    Author: SEBS-North America
    Post Date: 1/28/2004
SEBSers are urged to sign the following petition (see link below)which demands that a thorough investigation be conducted and made public clarifying the events surrounding the beating of our fellow SEBSers and a human right activist Dinesh Raj Prasain 310B on January 13, 2004. Details of the events are posted in the petition itself. This is a global campaign and we would like to collect a minimum of 5000 signatures by the end of February alone. This will also serve as our testimony that SEBS members are beginning to take more active role when the basic human rights is at stake.

    What can you do?

read and understand what happened to Dinesh. Once you sign the petition (would be nice if you write sth as well along with your City and Country info so that they know it's going global this time) then forward the link to as many people as you can (your professors, friends and distant relatives, human right organizations, anyone etc) whom you believe will support this cause. Let's all stand up for Dinesh 310B (Angrez)
