Since the formation of SEBS-NA, there has been numerous request for financial assistance from members. In response to this call, SEBS-NA has decided launch Emergency Assistance Fund (EAF) to help SEBS-NA members during education and health emergencies. The loan can be applied for a maximum amount of $1,500. For provision including eligibility, pay back periods, references and other details, please refer to the published EAF Guidelines.

The fund will be distributed through the contribution collected in the General EAF Fund or though the Member Sponsor Program. In the Member Sponsor Program, SEBS-NA will try to find SEBS-NA members who are willing to sponsor the applicant while SEBS-NA conduct the adminitration of the loan and stand as a gurantor.

Fund will be granted based on the following criterias:
1. Availability of the amount requested.
2. Ability to find member sponsors
3. Demonstration of the need.
4. Ability to repay.
