    Health Camp Held

    On May 22, 2004 (Jestha 9, 2061), SEBS, Nepal Junior Youth Red Cross Club (NJYRCC) and Awareness Campaign (AC) of Budhanilkantha School jointly held a free health camp, public awareness program and creative writing competition at Pasalini VDC of Nawalparasi districts. Dr. Sabin Gauchan and Dr. Tanka Ojha, Executive Members of SEBS; Mahesh Dahal, Chairperson of NJYRCC; and Gaurav Tiwari, President of AC had jointly coordinated the program. Siddharth Chuke of Rhino Club provided logistics for the program.
    18 doctors diagonsised 976 local people who had come to receive medical services on that day. Medicines worth Rs. 2,50,000 (two lakhs fifty thousand only) were distributed free of cost as per doctors' prescription. Certificates and prizes were distributed to the winners of the Creative Writing Competition. Kalika FM, a local FM station, aired news about the program.
