Dec 6th is celebrated as the School Day every year. "School Day" is similar to the "Open Day" that used to be observed in the past, except that the academic exhibitions and other display normally takes place only in and around the Assembly Hall.

State Minister for Education and Sports, Mr. Balkrishna Khand was the chief guest of the program, which was well attended by the members, chairpersons and vice chairpersons of the BOT, SMC, SMT, FOBS and SEBS along with parents and guardians of the school. The annual school magazine "Bhanjyang" was launched on the occasion and prizes were give out the best students of the academic year 2003.

SEBS Vice President Bishan B. Wagle attended the program on behalf of SEBS. Since President, Hitesh Karki was out of town, he couldn't make it to the program. Vice President, Wagle also met with the state minister, chairman of SMC & the chairman of BOT and updated them about the progress and programs of SEBS and humbly requested for their full support and cooperation to SEBS, in the days to come.
