SEBS Ex-Com had a meeting with the batch representatives on Thursday, October 4th. 14 (out of 18) batch representatives(BR) were present in the meeting. The main purpose of this meeting was basically to strengthen the SEBS network through batch representatives.

Following decisions were made in the meeting:

1. All of us felt that BR played a very important role in communicating with their own batch rather than doing the same from the SEBS Office. The BR will contribute to the SEBS Bimonthly newsletter if any of the respective batch has any news, articles, etc.

2. The BR will update the profiles of the members from each batch so that all the members get the accurate profile of him/her. (Members can update his/her latest information in the website too.)

3. It was also felt that a directory (sorted out by profession/office he/she is working currently) should be made available to all the members for convinience. The websites' directory should also have an option to search the members with profession. (This was already there in the website, try typing doctor in the INFO field)

4. The main discussion was focused on the SEBS Complex. It was decided to prepare a proposal for the complex by Oct 10, 2001 wednesday. On agreement of all the batch representatives and the SEBS (NA) Ex-Com members the proposal will be handed over to the principal.
