Dear all,

Due to “technical” and “procedural difficulties”, we had no choice but to re-schedule the AGM date. I would like to assure you that the decision to re-schedule was taken after much deliberations and discussions and not influenced by any other factor.

I, on behalf of the executive committee, offer my sincere apologies for having to change the dates and the consequent inconveniences it might have caused to the member of the SEBS for having to rework their calendar. On the brighter side, we hope this we will give the new members wishing to be in the new executive committee adequate time to prepare themselves so that we succeed in bringing back those glory days of SEBS where each election used to keenly
‘contested’.

The annual reunion of the SEBSERs and the AGM has now been scheduled as follows.

1. SEBS Reunion 2005:
Date: September 3, 2005(Saturday)
Venue: Yak Palace, Hotel Narayani Complex, Pulchowk
Time: 1600 hours to 2000 hours

2. SEBS AGM 2005:

Date: September 10, 2005 (Saturday)

Time:
(The venue and the time will be listed as soon as we get the confirmation from the venue.Date won't change.)

We, the members of the Ex-Committee, would like believe that this decision of ours would not dampen the spirit / mood of the members in any way and look forward to seeing you all in both the events.
