    SEBS sponsoring cyclist Samir Shrestha: Save the Children

    SEBS is sponsoring and supporting Samir Shrestha, a cyclist who has plans to cycle to all the SAARC countries in an attempt to raise awareness about Children rights: Save the children. He has already finished his cycling to India. He will be cycling to Bangladesh and Bhutan in this part of the journey.
    Samir plans to get to the SAARC summit at Dhaka which is scheduled to be around the second week of November.
    He has recieved good publicity and support from all major newspapers and TV news channels in India.
    He will be sent off by the children from Bal Mandir on Sunday 16th October 2005.
    There will be a press conference and the children will perform a small puja to wish Samir a safe journey. The program is to be held at 10-10:30 in the morning.
    Julies Bakery at Kupondole will be sponsoring tea, cookies and Sandwiches to the children at Bal Mandir that morning.
