Agreement of Hemraj Bhandai Scholarship Program signed
Author: Bijaya Babu Shiwakoti, Chairperson - NSP
    Post Date: 9/25/2007
Nationwide Scholarship Program (NSP), Seventeenth batch of Budhanilkantha School (SEBS 800B), and family members of Late Hemraj Bhandari (806B) signed an agreement to implement the Hemraj Bhandari Scholarship Program under the NSP amidst a memorial service held to remember Hemraj Bhandari at British Embassy Hall, Lainchour on September 23, 2007.

As per the agreement, SEBS 800B will provide the initial amount of US$ 1852 (One Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty Two)- the remaining amount of fund generated through www.sebsonline.org last year as an immediate support to the family members of Hemraj Bhandari. NSP, as per its policy, will provide scholarships to two students each year starting from the academic year 2065 to complete their secondary level education (grade 8-10) or implement any other initiative as agreed by all the parties using the interest from the fund.

NSP Executive Committee is thankful to the SEBS 800B for taking initiative to implement the scholarship program through NSP and is committed to implement the program effectively.
