SEBS AGM and new NSP team (2008-2011)
    Author: Bijaya Babu Shiwakoti
    Post Date: 9/14/2008
As you are probably aware, SEBS AGM is scheduled for September 20, 2008. During the AGM, there will be discussions on the activities, finances, plans and policies of SEBS and NSP. And one of the major activity of the AGM will be to select a new executive committee for both SEBS (one year tenure) and NSP (three years tenure).

I would like to inform all SEBS members that the tenure of the present NSP executive committee (2005-08) is coming to an end. All the positions - Chairperson, National Coordinator, Secretary, Members (3) are going to be vacant.

NSP team is basically focused in distributing scholarships to bright and needy students. It is also implementing the Shanti School Project in Ramche - 2, Sindhupalchowk district. The positions in the NSP team requires coordination with NSP - North America, Shanti School Project (SSP), the district coordinators and the donors.

Around 2 to 5 hours of time commitment per week may be required depending on the position that one expects to hold.

Interested candidates are requested to be present in the SEBS AGM on Chelsea Academy, New Baneshwor. A brief idea of what you intend to do in your tenure will be an advantage.

To see more about the activities of NSP and SSP, please visit http://nsp.sebsonline.org and http://santischool.org respectively.
