    Minutes Of Annual General Meeting

    Minutes of Annual General Meeting 2009 held on Saturday 08 August 2009 (24 Shrawan 2066) at Chelsea International College, New Baneshwor, Kathmandu

    Following decisions were made during the meeting:

    1. The new Executive Committee formed today will prepare a strategy for overall restructuring of SEBS including financial sustainability and organizational effectiveness.

    2. The Committee will also study the present shortcomings in relationship between SEBS and Budhanilkantha School and in consultation with school authorities propose necessary steps and policy changes to redefine SEBS-BNKS relationship for mutual benefits and support for both organizations.

    3. The Committee will also review and if necessary redefine SEBS relationship with SEBS-NA, SEBS-UK, NSP as well as other partner organizations/projects to promote organizational efficiency and effective implementation of programs and activities.

    4. The Committee will study and prepare necessary amendments, if any to present article of association of SEBS and recommend the amendments to the Special General Meeting (SGM).

    5. The Executive Committee will call a Special General Meeting of SEBS within 6 months of taking the charge and present the progress made on the above 4 points with its findings and recommendations to be discussed and decided by the SGM.

    6. The Committee will carry out other duties and responsibilities as outlined in the present article of association and take necessary additional measures to attract and ensure maximum participation of SEBS members worldwide to revitalize SEBS once again as a vibrant organization
