As per the mandate of 27th Annual General Meeting (AGM) .SEBS Executive Committee Member decided to constitute SEBS restructuring Special Committee (SEBS-RSC).The special committee will prepare a strategy for overall restructuring of SEBS including financial sustainability and organizational effectiveness. The committee shall also amend the present article of association of SEBS as required to support re-structuring process.

The policy of the newly elected Ex-Com is to maximize involvement of SEBers in SEBS program and activities. Hence the Ex-Com encourages all its interested members to submit their names not later than 23rd August, 2009 (Sunday) to join the SEBS restructuring Special committee member through:
