Society of Ex-Budhanilkantha Students (SEBS)’S first Executive Committee meeting of 2066-2067 was held on the following mentioned date, time and Venue.

The meeting was held in the Presence of following members.

The first meeting SEBS executive Committee of 2009/10 decided the following things:

1. The out going President Keshav Khatiwoda briefly described about the Situation of SEBS and handed over the responsibilities to Newly elected SEBS President Mr. Suresh Acharya.

2. The Executive Committee decided to thank all the SEbsers in and around the world.

3. The next meeting of SEBS is decided to hold on 15August, 2009 at 2 PM in Patan.

The meeting was held in the Presence of following members.

The Executive committee made the following decisions:

1. It was decided that the two sub committee will be formed for the SEBS Article of association amendments. Each sub – committee should consist of 5 members at the least.
2. It was decided to hold the series of meeting with the SEBS member under the President of SEBS from end of September to October.
3. General Secretary Tulsi 675C will coordinate with 400B Batch of Budhanilkantha School regarding the Immediate payment of House rent , SEBS Secretary Due , & Telephone due etc.
4. Decision to start processing for land acquisition and constructing SEBS Complex .It was decided to head by the SEBS President and the committee will be the most powerful one. At least 51 members will be working in this committee.
5. Decided to organize SEBS jamboree in between Dashain and Tihar at Budhanilkantha School.
6. Executive Committee unanimously nominated Baburam Niroula (050C), Tejsu Malla (248C) and Deepak Shah (212) in the SEBS executive committee.
7. It was decided to form five members committee, under the coordinator of Tejsu 248C, to organize the I.P Memorial Art competition on 29th August 2009.
8. Decided to organize Health Camp at Dhankuta district of Nepal in October – November. Tulsi 675C will be coordinating with Dr. Binod Jha and his team. The team will have the highest authority to carry out the program.
9. Decided to Print Budhanilkantha School’s class – 5 entrance preparation book. Executive member Bidhyaman 806 C shall coordinate it.
10. The Meeting also decided to send Surendra Shakya 161 A ( Vice President of SEBS as the SEBS representatives to NSP as per article of association of SEBS
11. It was decided to transfer the Bank signatories of Agricultural Development Bank (Ratnapark Branch) , account no. 512190 in the name of following people:

Bolaram Pandey

The signatory will be valid with the signatory of any two people. As there is no Treasure at the moment, President Signature is mandatory.

12. Vice President Surendra Shakya 161A has been appointed as the Spokes person for SEBS.
13. It was decided to conduct Aviation Safety Project final with coordination with SEBS... Upendra Bom will be the coordinator.
