    SEBS 09-10 Executive committee guidelines, principles and policies
    SEBS General Guidance and Policies
    • To make SEBS an open, transparent, participatory, vibrant and dynamic body
    • To utilize talent and expertise of SEBSers, countrywide and worldwide, for the benefit of Nepalese communities.
    • To establish SEBS in a prominent and consistently visible manner in Nepalese society.
    • To provide a common platform for SEBSers at different stages of life and professions.
    • To provide an environment for each batch to initiate activities of high national profile.
    • To strengthen partnership between different SEBS chapters and the alma mater in order to maximize our impact in society.
    • To guide the young SEBSers into effective leadership role and social activities.
    • To develop partnership with state and non-state actors in different sectors for mutual benefit.
    • To work towards the promotion of national interests and social harmony
    • To encourage individual initiatives and give it an outlet under the aegis of SEBS.
    • To facilitate SEBSers to introduce innovative thinking and programs into Nepalese society.
    • To start a process to establish a scholarship fund for BNKS graduates and channel their energy into different sectors of society.


    SEBS Working Guidelines and Policies

    • To build a system of transparency and accountability in SEBS, especially Ex-comm., through the introduction of utilizing Right-to-Information (R2I)To initiate a participatory process for the establishment of a SEBS complex of international stature.
    • To restructure SEBS to reflect the diversity of interests of its growing membership.
    • To initiate a process to promote batch representation, as far as possible, in all aspects of SEBS organization and programs.
    • To organize programs and events through the participation of SEBSers.
    • To make SEBS financially sustainable to channel it's energy into different sectors of the Nepali society.
    • To initiate new events and perpetuate the ones already undertaken.
    • To establish sustainable fund for carrying out SEBS activities.
    • To recognize the contribution of SEBSers and other prominent national figures.
