The Prashant-Purna Memorial Fund (PPMF) launched by 400B has generously contributed Rs. 24,000 to assist SEBS ex-com to clear its overdue office rents of the last six months. The ex-com meeting held on September 12, 2009 with the representative and custodian of PPMF Mr Ashish Shrestha at SEBS office decided to use the grant from PPMF to pay the office rent.

We feel so proud, of such an organization that its members are always willing to help its office when the need arise. We have also learnt various other batches are also trying to generate batch funds to make SEBS sustainable.

The grantee 400B batch is in the process of releasing the amount to SEBS within a week. The initiative comes at such a crucial period that someone need to set the motion on, and its nice that they have done it. We are confident that the generous contribution of 400B has set the ball roll for raising the fund, which will encourage seniors and junior batches to support SEBS in its genuine effort of getting it out of the morass. Thank you all in batch 400B for the support and trust shown towards the new ex-com. We will definitely, give you a transparent, systematic, accountable and member-friendly SEBS before the completion of 100 days by the new ex-com.
