    SEBS mourns at the death of Mr. Chattra Raj Shakya

    SEBS Executive Committee on behalf of its members worldwide would like to express sorrow and grief at the death of Respected Teacher late Mr Chattra Raj Shakya at Alka Hospital, Jawalakhel, this morning. Mr Shakya suffered from diabetese during his old age.He is survived by one son and a daughter.
    Mr Shakya, one of the top Geographers of Nepal, served Budhanilkantha School as a Geography Teacher and later as the Head of Department in Social Sciences for more than three decades since the establishment of the School in 1972.He is honored with Gorkha Dakshin Bahu , Sikshya Sewa padak and others for his contrubution and dedication in the field of Education and service to Budhanilkantha School.He is remembered by many of the SEBSERS for his legacy in teaching Geography at the School.
    At this hour of loss, SEBS mourns and extends its condolences to bereaved family members and prays almighty to provide strength and power to bear this tragedy.

    May His Soul Rest in Peace !
