Decisions:
1. SEBS Executive Committee decided to have its Special General Meeting at the third week of Falgun.

2. SEBS executive Committee has unanimously nominated Suresh Acharya the President of SEBS to represent in Board of trustees (BOT) of Budhanilkantha School.

3. SEBS house rent has been cleared till Kartik and Rs. 6000/- (Six Thousand Only) outstanding due has been paid to then Office Secretary. Now Rs. 14000/- outstanding due has been left to pay him.
