NOTICE OF SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING

For the kind information of all SEBSers that the Special General Meeting (SGM) of Society of Ex Budhanilkantha School- SEBS is scheduled to be held in SATA-AOKI MEMORIAL BUILDING, Kopundole, Lalitpur (opposite of Hotel Himalaya) on 2066 Falgun 29 (March 13, 2010) Saturday from 12:30 to 15:30 pm.
As per the mandate of the last Annual General Meeting (AGM- 2009) the SGM will discuss and decide on the following agenda:

1. Presentation of a brief strategy paper on overall restructuring of the SEBS including policies on SEBS-BNKS relationship and relation with SEBS-NA, SEBS-UK, NSP as well as other partner organizations, projects.

2. Proposal for the Amendment in Article of Association of the SEBS

3. Presentation on Interim progress report of the SEBS
The SEBS request its members to email at sebs@sebsonline.org their valuable opinion and suggestion on above Agenda by 2066 Falgun 15 (February 27, 2010)
