Minutes of 9th Executive Committee Meeting of SEBS

The President welcomed everybody in the meeting. The Agenda discussed in the today's meeting and resolutions passed under the chairmanship of SEBS President in presence of following members are as follows respectively.

Agendas:
1. SEBS to Support "Nepal Tourism Year 2011" and "Die Nepal Banda Die"Campaign
2. SEBS to organize "Career Guidance" Program at Budhanilkantha School
3. SEBS to Publish "SEBS Members Directory"

Resolutions:
1. SEBS formally decided to support the Nepal Tourism Year 2011 and decided to participate in its inaugural day on 26th February 2010 (Falgun 14, 2066) and its further activities and also decided to support "Die Nepal Banda Die" campaign initiated by SEBS member Ujwal Thapa (552B). Mr Mohan Kumar Giri(501B) and Upendra Bom (814B) have been appointed as the Coordinator of the program.

2. SEBS has decided to oranganise "Career Guidance Program" at Budhanilkatha School once a month starting from March 2010. Mr Upendra Bom(814B) has been appointed as the Coordinator of the program.

3.SEBS has decided to take initiative on publishing the latest SEBS Members Directory . Mr Ishan Pokharel(345C) has been appointed as the Coordinator of the Program.
