PROGRAM SCHEDULE OF THE SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING

The SEBS would kindly like to invite all members of the Society of Ex Budhanilkantha School- SEBS in the Special General Meeting (SGM) scheduled to be held in SATA-AOKI MEMORIAL BUILDING, Kopundole, Lalitpur (opposite of Hotel Himalaya) on 2066 Falgun 29 (March 13, 2010) Saturday from 12:00 to 15:30 pm.

As per the mandate of the last Annual General Meeting (AGM- 2009) the SGM will discuss and decide on the following agenda:
Programe breakdown:
1. Welcome- by Upendra Bom, SEBS Executive Member -3 minutes
2. Remarks- by Gyanendra Pandey, former SEBS President - 5 minutes
3. Presentation on Interim progress reports on the SEBS:
i) Interim General Report -by Tulshi Ramtel SEBS General Secretary - 6 minutes
ii) Interim Financial Report -by Suman Mandal SEBS Treasurer - 4 minutes
4. Remarks - by Suresh Acharya on the SEBS AGM mandate - 4 minutes
5. Presentation of a brief strategy paper on overall restructuring of the SEBS -by Sagun Lawoti, Executive Member of the SEBS and former SEBS President - 10 minutes
Followed by Q/A sessions - 60 minutes
6. Proposal for amendments in the SEBS Article of Association-by Suresh Acharya, SEBS President - 10 minutes
