Minutes of 10th Executive Committee Meeting of SEBS

The President welcomed everybody in the meeting. The Agenda discussed in the today's meeting and resolutions passed under the chairmanship of SEBS President in presence of following members are as follows respectively.

Agendas:
1. strategy paper on overall restructuring of the SEBS at the up coming special meeting
2. Propose amendments in the SEBS Article of Association (AOA)
3. SEBS Fund Raising Initiative

Resolutions:
1. SEBS formally decided to propose a Presentation of a brief strategy paper on overall restructuring of the SEBS -by Sagun Lawoti, Executive Member of the SEBS and former SEBS President at the special session of the 2066 Falgun 29 (March 13, 2010)

2. SEBS decided to Propose for amendments in the SEBS Article of Association-by Suresh Acharya, SEBS President at the special session of the SEBS special General Meeting to be held on 2066 Falgun 29 (March 13, 2010)

3. SEBS formally decided to Initiate TEAM- EK SAYA EK: It’s about bringing together a strong team of 101 (EK SAYA EK) SEBSERS who commit a sum of Rs. 10,000/- (about $ 150) to support SEBSers in the dire need. For which SEBS seeks support and coordination from all the concerned.
