    SEBS SPECIAL AGM HELD ON MARCH 13, 2009

    This is to inform all the SEBS members that SEBS "Special General Meeting (SGM)" was successfully held at SATA-AOKI MEMORIAL BUILDING, Kopundole, Lalitpur (opposite of Hotel Himalaya) on 2066 Falgun 29 (March 13, 2010) Saturday from 12:00 to 15:30 pm under the Chairmanship of SEBS President and special presence of Mr N.P. Sharma Principal, Mr Nani Ram K.C., Bursar of Budhanilkantha School and SEBS members.

    The meeting was held as per the mandate of the last Annual General Meeting (AGM- 2009)

    During the Program,
    Upendra Bom, SEBS Executive Member made a welcome speech along with the obejectives of the meeting.

    Mr N. P. Sharma express his deep appreciation on the propose of the meeting , also felcitated Mr Hemendra Bohara with a SEBS Hall of FAME award for his contribution of NRS 1 Lakh rupees for SEBS Endowment Fund which was recieved by Mr Gyanendra Pandey, in his absence.
    Gopal Shah One of the founding member of SEBS shared his experiences behind the inception of SEBS in its early days.

    Gyanendra Pandey, former SEBS President shared his working experience with SEBS and Budhanilkantha School and expressed the need of implicability on the issue of AOA rather than just making amendments.

    Suman Mandal, SEBS Treasurer presented "SEBS Interim Financial Report" and Mr Tulsi Ramatel Presented SEBS Interim Report, respectively.

    Suresh Acharya discussed on the SEBS AGM mandates and presented his proposed amendments in the present SEBS "Article of Association" and Sagun Lawoti, Executive Member of the SEBS made a presentation of a brief strategy paper on overall restructuring of the Followed by Q/A S on both the issues respectively.

    The extent of qualitative participation in the floor decided to continue the series of discussion to reach to conclusive end on the above mentioned issues at the earliest.

    Similary Pledge of Nrs 10,00 to SEBS Ex SAYA EK Fundraising Initiative by Madan K Limbu was announced as the first person to support the initiative.

    At the end Mr Bolaram Pandey, SEBS Executive Member gave away vote of thanks to all the attendies of the program for their enthusisatic participation in the discussion relating to institutionl growth of SEBS.

    Mr Ishan Pokherel, Executive Member of SEBS was the MC of the Program.
