Objectives of Fund Raising: SEBS has started a "Team EK SAYA EK" (TEAM 101) fundraising initiative for collecting Rs. 10,000 (USD 150) each from SEBSer in aim of supporting SEBSers who are in dire situation socially/economically. • To network with each other • Helping further education • To support the needy one for medical-care • To support the deceased family members of mates who are in acute need. • To help unemployed SEBSer to start a business for their self-employment and livelihood, and • To share love and affinity with mates
SEBS members may be aware, that many of senior members and junior members are in fighting the rough weather of life and livelihood.
Targets of Fund Raising: Could you be one of the 101 SEBSers for the good cause. The target is to collect from 101 prominent SEBSers. We are also planning to organize a programme to facilitate the donors at a special function. Target Amount :NRs 10,10,000 Target Deadline: : From March 9, 2010 to April 15, 2010 Targetted No. of Donors: 101
Ways of Giving Out: The pledged money can be transfered to: SEBS Account No. 512190, Agricultural Development Bank, Ratna Park Branch,Kathmandu, Nepal. Or you can send the pledged money through international money transfer or online money transfer to SEBS Account No. 512190 through www.thamel.com We would like to receive the pledged amount only through banking/remittance channels, and we are sorry to say that we will not be in a position to ACCEPT pledge not coming through banking/remmittance channels as to maintain a standard level of transparency.
Custodian of the Team 101 Trust Fund The Fund will be kept in "Team 101 Trust Fund" under SEBS Account on Fixed Term basis. A team will be the Custodian of the Trust Fund comprising seven (7) persons representaing various sectors as follows: i. Chairperson - One (1) person amongst Trustees (donors) nominated by SEBS Executive Committee ii. Member- Five persons a. One (1) person amongst Trustees (donors) nominated by SEBS Executive Committee b. One (1) person from Friends of Budhanilkantha (FOBS), Budhanilkantha School nominated by FOBS c. One (1) person from from School Management Committee (SMC) of Budhanilkantha School nominated by the SMC d. Two (2) persons nominated by Executive Committee amongst SEBS active members representing various batches/partners. iii. Member-Secretary - SEBS President (ex-officio)
Public Disclosure Policy: For the sake of transparency we make the pledge Public at SEBS forums, Or you can yourself do the public disclosure about your pledge in www.sebsonline.org or SEBS Facebook Page or by writing to SEBS at sebs@sebonline.org The Custodian of the Trust Fund will bi-annually and annually submit financial reports to donors/pledgers/philanthropists showing the status of the fund. It will be publicly available to see the documents and relevant materials at any time under Right to Information (RTI) Act.
