NOTICE: DOCUMENTS AND RECORDS TO EX-STUDENTS

As per the decision between the joint meeting of the Society of Ex-Budhanilkantha Students (SEBS) and Budhanilkantha School (BNKS) held at Principal's Office Budhanilkantha School, Kathmandu on 18 March 2010, The Society of Ex-Budhanilkantha Students (SEBS) is pleased to announce that Budhanilkantha School will provide necessary reference letters, recommendations, testimonials, duplicate copies of academic and character certificates, documents and records or any other support to its ex-students on the written recommendation of the Society of Ex-Budhanilkantha Students (SEBS) from June 10, 2010 onwards.

The meeting had, in principal decided to channelize all such requests through the SEBS Office only concerning the issues of the ex-students except in situations beyond the control of the SEBS or BNKS. Hereby, it is informed to all ex-students that Budhanilkantha School will provide any documents and records only on the recommendation of the SEBS.

The ex-student who wants such documents and records from Budhanilkantha School, please write a request letter addressed to the SEBS President and duly submit it at the SEBS office at office hours except public holidays and Saturdays. The format of the request letter is available at the SEBS Office.

Ex-student submitting a request letter to the SEBS shall pay following service charges for each document requested.

1) Duplicate copy (academic, character certificate etc.) – Rs 200 for each document
2) Reference, Recommendation and Testimonials – Rs 1000 for each document
3) Non-specified documents/records above –Rs 500 for each document

This above service charge is valid until another notification.
