July 4, 2010. Kathmandu. The executive committee meeting of the SEBS held in its office in Kathmandu today has decided on the names of office bearers of the SEBS AGM Main Organizing Committee-2010 and SEBS Election Committee-2010.

The SEBS annual general assembly is scheduled to be held in Kathmandu on July 31, 2010.

The meeting presided by SEBS President Suresh Acharya also discussed on several matters pertaining to the SEBS and its programs. The meeting discussed about incorporating NSP budget in the SEBS annual budget. Until now, NSP's budget has been shown separately and not shown in the SEBS annual budget statement.

The meet also took stock on SEBS General Secretary's draft annual report to be submitted in the SEBS upcoming AGM by G.S Tulshi Ramtel, draft annual financial report to be produced by the SEBS Treasurer at the AGM. Ex-comm Member Kaushal Sapkota also handed over his report on SEBS supported Library project and Abhisekh submitted a report on SEBS Parbat Health Camp.

The meeting also discussed about the SEBS AGM venue and provisons (fooding, sponsorship, chief guest, speakers, awards, new/old life memberships etc.

The meeting was participated by ex-comm members and officers as well as few general members.
