SEBS 28th ANNUAL GENERAL ASSEMBLY ORGANISING COMMITTEE CONSTITUTED
July 13, 2010, Kathmandu: SEBS Executive Committee has decided to hold its 28th Annual General Assembly (AGM) in the first week of August 2010. To make the event look more professional, organized and participatory the SEBS ex-comm has also decided to constitute "SEBS 28th AGM Organizing Main Committee- 2010". This is the first time in the SEBS history that such a committee is being constituted.

Likewise, in accordance with the SEBS prevalent Article of Association, the ex-comm has also constituted SEBS Election Committee-2010, to conduct the free and fair election of the new ex-comm.

For members' convenience, the ex-comm is pleased to organize the first joint meeting of the "SEBS 28th AGM Organizing Main Committee- 2010" and "SEBS Election Committee-2010" on July 23rd 2010 Friday at SATO-AAKI Memorial Building, Kopundol (Opposite of Himalaya Hotel) at 4:30 pm to discuss on respective committees' functions.

All members of the both the committees and other SEBSers are kindly requested to attend the meeting.
The first batch ex-student of BNKS Raghu Bir Pandey (106A) has kindly accepted to volunteer to take charges in the capacity of Chief Convener of the "SEBS 28th AGM Organizing Main Committee- 2010" until the AGM is successfully completed.

The ex-comm hopes that the formation of such a committee will provide platform for the BNKS alumni to renew their friendship and networking.

The ex-comm has also decided to air-mark as an advance Rs 4000 and Rs. 1000 to SEBS 28th AGM Organizing Main Committee- 2010 and SEBS Election Committee-2010 to carry-out their preliminary assignments effectively and efficiently.
