July 23, 2010, Kathmandu: This is a notification to all members of the Society of Ex-Budhanilkantha Students (SEBS) that the 28th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the SEBS is scheduled to be held in Kathmandu on August 6, 2010 (Srawan 23, 2067) Friday as per Chapter (4) Clause (11) Sub-Clause (2) of the SEBS Article of Association (A-o-A)- 2058, approved by the SEBS AGM held in the year 2001.
This notice of the AGM is issued today on the instruction of the SEBS President by the General Secretary of the SEBS Executive Committee in accordance with the SEBS A-o-A, 2058.

All members of the SEBS are invited to attend the 28th AGM of the SEBS scheduled on August 6, 2010 (Srawan 23, 2067) Friday at 1:00 pm at the Main Auditorium Hall of Nepal Tourism Board (NTB), Exhibition Road, Bhrikuti Mandap, Kathmandu to discuss on following Agenda:

1) 1:30- 2:30 pm - Inaugural Session (Chief Guests/Guests)
2) 2:30- 5:30 pm - Closed Door Session (SEBSers only)
a. SEBS Upcoming Policies/Programs and Budget for FY 2067-2068 by President for approval
b. SEBS Annual Report by General Secretary for FY 2066-2067 for approval
c. SEBS Financial Report for FY 2066- by Treasurer
d. Proposal tabled for Amendments of the SEBS A-o-A, 2058 for approval by AGM
e. Proposal tabled for endorsement of the SEBS 20 Year Strategic Plan, FY 2067-2087

3) 5:30 -6:30 pm - Social Hour (Reception)
This is also a notification to members that if any member of the SEBS ("SEBSer) has any proposal on amendment of any of the chapters, clauses and sub-clauses in the SEBS Article of Association, 2058 please kindly submit your written proposition to the SEBS Office, Behind Radhakuti Arcade, Putalisadak, Kathmandu by August 1, 2010 (Srawan 16, 2067) Sunday by 5:00 pm for consideration by the 28th AGM.

If anybody wish to propose any amendment by e-mail, are requested to submit it at sebs@sebsonline.org with his/her legal name, School Roll and reachable e-mail address/contact number by August 1, 2010 (Srawan 16, 2067) Sunday by NST 5:00 pm. The SEBS Office will make necessary verification of the proposal-submitter before tabling it at the 28th AGM.

No submissions will be accepted, whatever the reason, after the stipulated date and time.
