Appointment of SEBS Spokesperson and Legal Advisor

Kathmandu August 15,2010: The meeting of SEBS Executive Commiitte held on August 13, 2010 has decided to appoint Mr. Sagun Lawoti, SEBS Executive Committee Member and Past President as the SEBS Spokesperson as proposed by Executive Member Gajendra Bohora, seconded by Executive Member Binod Mishra, and unanimously endorsed by the SEBS Executive Committee.
Similarly, The meeting decided to appoint Mainali Law Firm based in Kathmandu as the SEBS Legal advisor. Mainali Law Firm is headed by Senior Advocate Mr. Biswokanta Mainlai who is also the former President of Nepal Bar Association. The Legal Advisor will be entrusted to look after the SEBS A-O-A and its by-laws. Besides that, their role will be crucial in negotiations and abritrations, if required, within the SEBS fraternity and its associates/members. The SEBS ex-comm has unilaterally decided to accept all arbritations and negotiations undertaken by the Legal Advisor.
