    Message of Felicitations by the SEBS President

    November 1, 2010: It's my immense pleasure to congratulate on behalf of the Society of Ex Budhanilkantha Students (SEBS) Anuradha Koirala, Chair of Maiti Nepal for her selection as the 10 Heroes of the CNN, popular TV channel based in the USA. I would also like to appeal to all Nepalese, especially SEBS members to vote Koirala through internet to make her the World Hero. Koirala, associated with Budhanilkantha School in the beginning of her career, has been contributing since 20 years and plus for the protection of Nepalese girls and crusading against girl trafficking.

    I would like to congratulate on behalf of the Society of Ex Budhanilkantha Students (SEBS) Dr Saroj Shrestha and Dr Setulal Shrestha for their election to the position of National President and National Vice President respectively of the Dental Association of Nepal (DAN). It is learnt that the association has about 900 members spread across the country.

    SEBS Life Member Dr Saroj Shrestha is the first batch student and SEBS Member Dr Setulal Shrestha is the ninth batch student of Budhanilkantha School.

    I would also like to congratulate Jeevan Bahadur Shahi (second batch), SEBS Member from Humla district for his election to the Central Committee Member of Nepali Congress Party. Shahi, an active politician has already served as District President of Humla District Development Committee.

    Likewise, I would like to congratulate SEBS Executive Member Dev Chhetri (ninth batch) and SEBS Member Ishwor Karmacharya (sixth batch) for their nomination to the position of Vice President and Treasurer respectively of Federation of Nepalese Chamber of Commerce and Industries (FNCCI) Kaski District Committee.
