    NOTICE OF THE EXCOMM ABOUT 29TH AGM OF THE SEBS

    Notice of 29th AGM of the SEBS

    Issued Date: Poush 13, 2068 (December 28, 2011)

    The meeting of the Executive Committee of the Budhanilkantha School Alumni Association, the SEBS (Society of Ex Budhanilkantha Students) held on Poush 9, 2068 (December 24, 2011) at the SEBS office has decided to issue this public notification on the 29th AGM (Annual General Assembly) of the SEBS, which is scheduled to be held as follows:

    Date: Poush 30, 2068 (January 14, 2012) Saturday
    Time: 1:30 pm
    Venue: NEWYORK BANQUET, above Budhanilkantha Business Savings and Credit Cooperatives Limited (BBC Office), Joshi Complex, New Road, Kathmandu, Nepal (Telephone: 4218287 for inquiry about the venue)

    The SEBS Executive body request all SEBS members to block their date and time to participate in the annual function of the organisation to discuss and decide on following agenda:

    1) Mark of Respect to the departed souls (SEBSers, teachers/staffs etc.)
    2) SEBS office space and its utilisation.
    3) Issues related to Alma Mater, SEBS being the important stakeholder of the Budhanilkantha School.
    4) SEBS relations with various stakeholders
    5) Nomination of Batch Representative for all BNKS batches graduated by 2011
    6) Formation of Batch Committees for each batch, and BNKS ladies and Gents committees of post-SLC students.
    7) SEBS professional bodies (example the SEBS Medicos)
    8) Affiliates and partners of the SEBS, including overseas organisations constituted by SEBSers, and SEBS district or Town committees.
    9) Presentation of a report by the SEBS Medicos
    10) Presentation of a report by the SEBS NSP (Nationwide Scholarship Program)
    11) Presentation of treasurer's Report
    12) Presentation of General Secretary's Report.
    13) Presentation of President's annual plans and programs
    14) AOB

    The SEBS executive committee invites all members of the SEBS to actively participate in the AGM, and renewed its support and cooperation to the SEBS as usual.

    BBC (Budhanilkantha Business Savings and Credit Cooperatives Limited, the SEBS 9th Batch initiative) will sponsor the dinner followed by the AGM.
