URGENT NOTICE OF 30TH SEBS ANNUAL GENERAL ASSEMBLY (AGM) SCHEDULED FOR AUGUST 11TH 2012.

As per the earlier notice, Society of Ex Budhanilkantha Students (SEBS) is scheduled to hold its 30th Annual General Assembly (AGM) on BS 2069 Shrawan 27 (August 11th 2012, Saturday) at NIRVANA Wellness Centre, Shaligram Apartment Hotel, Jawalakhel, Lalitpur.

As per the previous notice dt. 8th July 2012, the SEBS Election Committee formed as follows: 1) Gyanendra Raj Pandey (900A) --Chair--9851068953 and memebrs duo 2) Dr Bishwa Dawadi --9841226322 and 3) Deepak Shah (200C) -9851032956 will remain effective till the election for the new SEBS Ex-comm is complete during the 30th SEBS AGM. The committee will prepare for the election and handle all issues related to the SEBS election with their own work plan.

It is also notified to all SEBSers that the agenda of the meeting are the same as notified previously, which are given below:

The Agenda of the meeting are as follows:

A) REPORT PRESENTATION: i) Annual Report presentation by General Secretary; ii) Financial Report presentation by Treasurer; iii) Annual Report presentation of SEBS-NSP; iv) Annual Report presentation of SEBS-Medicos; v) Sharing of experience by SEBS initiative- Budhanilkantha Business Saving and Credit Cooperative Ltd (BBC); vi) Presentation by SEBS Education Exploratory Committee regarding the starting of a "SEBS College"; vii) Presentation of Annual Report/s by various SEBS Permanent Committees headed by: a) Dr Parmod Aryal- VP, b) Bolaram Pandey- VP, c) Dr Binod Jha- VP, Shyam Nepal- VP, and Tulsi Rumtel- VP regarding the progress of their respective committees; &

B) ELECTION: viii) Restructuring of the "SEBS Executive Committee" through fresh election. (Please, kindly share this information with all SEBSers who are in the FB or outside the reach of it.)

Also, please, prepare your reports by respective office bearersr for the presentation in the AGM. Thank you all for your kind cooperation as usual.
