    S. No. Agenda Ex-Com's Decision
    1 Meetings and the Procedures:
    The executive committee decided to have two meeting every month which is to be called and conducted by the General Secretary. The Secretary is also responsible of communicating it with all the members. The secretary is to set out and communicate the agendas for each meeting at least two days prior to every Ex-Com meeting. While this decision was taken with respect to regular meeting, emergency meetings can be called by any member with atleast 4 other members endorsing the meet. This will again be called upon by the General Secretary. The mode of information transmittal will be via the facebook platform of the Ex-Com and text messaging. In the absence of the General Secretary president shall be taking the charge of conducting meetings.

    2 Advisory Committee
    Upon the discussions made over the advisory committee members of 2012/13; the committee shall constitute of the following members:
    1.Principal of Budhanilkantha School (BNKS) as the de-facto member: N. P. Sharma
    2.FOBS Representative – 1: It will be recommended by the Chairman of FOBS, Mahendra Bista upon the SEBS Ex-Com’s request
    3.BNKS Teacher Representative – 1 : It will be recommended by the Principal of BNKS, Narayan Prasad Sharma upon the SEBS Ex-Com’s request
    4.Immediate Past President – Suresh Acharya 139 C
    5.Past SEBS Presidents – 2: Gyanedra Pandey 937 A and Prajesh Bikram Thapa 559 B
    6.General Members – 2: Bijay Babu Shiwakoti 355 C and Sagun Lawoti 933 A
    7.Currents SEBS President (Member Secretary of the Committee) – Dr. Tejsu Singh Malla 248 C

    All letters are to be issued and dispatched to the above mentioned members by the current executive committee.
    Regarding the Planning Committee, the members would be as per the constitution of SEBS while the batch interested candidates for batch coordinators will be selected via an announcement over our online forums in facebook and sebsonline.org However, senior students’ representative from BNKS shall be recommended by the principal on the request of SEBS.

    3 Executive Committee
    As per the constitution of SEBS the current executive committee has selected two members to be added as the executive committee members for 2012/13. The newly selected members are: Bolaram Panday 904 A and Kanchan Basnet 123 B. The latter shall be acting as the fund raising coordinator.

    4 Representation

    FOBS:
    SEBS shall be represented by its first Vice President: Bidur Raj Adhikari 171 B in FOBS as its member.

    SMC and BOT: Will need further discussion

    NSP:
    Bidhyaman Mahatara 806 C will be the National Coordinator of Nationwide Scholarship Program and will be our represent native in the chapter.


    5 SEBS Education
    This year the Ex-Com plans to open another of its professional wings naming it SEBS Education.The wing shall be coordinated by Ishan Pokharel 345 C with A-Level tuitions as the current major agenda.

    6 Privilege Card
    This year SEBS has decided to go innovative for its members. The Ex-Com handed the responsibility of issuing privilege cards with unique id to Samrat Rayamajhi 229 C. The card shall act as a special discount coupon for the holders (all SEBSers) in different goods and services they purchase. To start with the agenda is to persuade restaurant owners of Kathmandu valley, preferably the owners being SEBSers. The card shall constitute a self sustaining project for the financial of SEBS as some portions of the discounts shall be deposited into the accounts of SEBS.

    7 Contacts and Networking
    Sabril Lamichhane 2005 D has been handed over the responsibility of coordinating with different SEBSers in devising a database of contacts of all SEBSers. This includes professional portfolios and batch portfolios.

    Also as one of the networking activity Samrat Rayamajhi 229 C will be coordinating a football match for SEBSers in Budhanilkantha School on September (est.)

    Similarly Dr.Sneedha Mainali will be coordinating the Teej celebration for SEBSers as one of the networking activities.

    8 Office Renovation
    Keeping into considerations of the current condition of SEBS office, the executive committee has planned to renovate the workplace. As immediate response the walls shall be painted and the interiors restructured while the members will be looking for alternatives within the budget limit of NRs. 11,000/- (NSP included). Also motivating was the pledge made via the online forum where SEBSers Vidhan Rana 300C and Shyam Aryal 100 B committed to contribute NRs. 10,000/- and USD $ 100 respectively for the purpose.Gyanendra Pandey 937A has pledge carpeting worth Rs.6000. The members’ board is also to be changed and the overall responsibility will be looked upon by Dr. Tejsu Singh Malla 248 C.

    9) Career Counseling
    Continuing the trend in history, the Ex-Com decided to rejuvenate its career counseling event to start with a talk program about MIT and its application process on the first week of September. Kaushal Sapkota 041 C shall be looking over it with Ram 708 C being the first speaker.

    10 Social Events
    Following the third point of the triple bottom line of SEBS – community – the Ex-Com planned on the following events:

    i) Health Camp and Blood Donation

    Co-ordinator–SEBS Medicos and Dr.Sneedha Mainali

    ii)Book Donation Camp

    Co-ordinator– Sambhujit Balayer 909 C and Rajesh Nepali 920C

    iii)14th Binod Memorial Dance Competition

    Co-ordinator–Dr. Tejsu Singh Malla 248 C and Sandeep Sada

    iv) IP Memorial Art Competition

    Co-ordinator: Rajesh Nepali 920 C



    11)School Assembly Attendance
    The Executive Committee also decided to officially attend and address BNKS about the new Ex-Com during the school assembly on September 3, 2012
