STATEMENT

Upon the agenda set in the meeting of August 25, 2012 the Executive Committee today visited the school; officially attending the assembly. As discussed earlier the committee made inquiries over the issue of life membership of 2000D students. Upon our enquiries on 3rd September, 2012; we found out that no funds were cleared out from the school in favor of SEBS despite repeated approaches from one of the members of the executive committee. Upon our request the principal is preparing a list of members who wished for life membership and had their accounts settled accordingly. The fund collected from the life membership of 2000D brothers and sisters shall be transferred to SEBS’ bank account and used for future activities accordingly. We apologize for any inconvenience caused due to this miscommunication between the concerned parties.

Regarding the SEBS T-shirts, the team found out that they were sold by SEBS-NSP for which the members involved claimed to have informed SEBS about it and further proceedings are still to be looked upon.
