    SEBS-NA Excomm Monthly Meeting Agenda and member participation

    Hello all,
    SEBS-NA Excomm conducts its monthly meeting on last Saturday of every month at noon EST at Excomm Meeting Room at www.sebsonline.org. ALL MEMBERS ARE WELCOME TO PARTICIPATE IN THE MEETING AS OBSERVERS. Please contact Suren dai (161A), SEBS-NA VP to get the password to the Excomm Meeting Room. Provided below is this month's agenda. If any member want their comments to be considered during the deliberation of the issues outlined in the agenda, they must contact SEBS-NA before the meeting. This is to keep the meeting on schedule and prevent from getting sidetracked. Hope to see you at the meeting.

    1. Update on relationship with SEBS
    2. Discussion/Adoption of Project Acceptance Policy
    3. Discussion on four proposed goals of SEBS-NA:
    a. Member Service: educational, financial, visa, living etc counselling for members in NA.
    b. BNKS Development: produce annual report, in association with SEBS, on BNKS outlining their progress, needs and future plans.
    c. Social Service in Nepal: to contribute to broader Nepali community. Potential in associations with other NGOs.
    d. Leadership in NA: to be visible among Nepali community associations in NA.
