SEBS stand in appointment of Principal in BNKS

    Mr. Suresh Acharya (139A),
IPP and SEBS representative to BOT/SMC,
    Kathmandu,
    Nepal

Subject: SEBS stand in appointment of Principal in BNKS

    Dear Mr.Acharya,
Thank you for informing the SEBS Ex.Com that you have been invited to participate in the BOT and SMC meeting to be held today. As you already know, the SEBS Executive has discussed regarding this issue in the private close group of SEBS executive committee facebook group, some member's didn't have anything to say. We could not even hold SEBS emergency meeting due to such short notice.

Regarding the appointment of Principal in BNKS, and given the gravity of the final outcome, we believe that today's meeting must inform all the stakeholder the names of all the short listed candidates officially. There should be a brief discussion of all the pro's and con's of the shortlisted candidates with the SEBS ex. comm. And we expect a brief report about the pro's and con's of the short listed candidates, so that we can discuss at least amongst the ex. comm at minimum. If time permits we should also discuss in the upcoming Ex.Com Meeting and vote for the candidate of choice. Till then SEBS opinion in this issue should be regarded as neutral and you should refrain from voting in haste. If the situation calls for an immediate vote and you have no opportunity to discuss with us, at that time our obligation as an alumni is to stand by our own alumni member and we expect you to take the decision appropriately.

    With best wishes.
    Dr. Tejsu Singh Malla,
    President,
    SEBS
