    10th SEBS Meeting minute

    Minute 10

    Date: 5th January 2013 (21 Poush 2069), Saturday
    Venue: SEBS Office, Putalisadak, Kathmandu.
    Time: 10 am to 12:30 pm

    The 10th SEBS meeting was held on 5th January 2013 (21 Poush 2069), Saturday at SEBS Office, Putalisadak, Kathmandu, under the chairmanship of SEBS President Dr. Tejsu Singh Malla.

    Following issue was discussed and decision was made.

    1.SEBS- National Scholarship Programme (NSP)

    A)Presentation of SEBS-NSP scholarship with the name of students and details.

    NSP Programme coordinator presented the name of all the students that is currently under NSP . According to record made available, currently 109 students are under the programme, Out of which 27 students are in Class 10, 47 students are in class 9, and 35 students are in class 8.
    Further the programme coordinator informed that they have been able to cover Baitadi District, and will be reaching Manang District very soon. The NSP team is also looking for district coordinator for Jajarkot and Mustang. If we reach Jajarkot and Mustang, then the SEBS-NSP will reach 75 districts which is our aim this year.
    The SEBS Executive committee has asked the NSP team to add the name of the school, and contact address of the students, and to present it along with SEBS-NSP Audit report.

    B)Presentation of SEBS-NSP financial report from Shrawan 2069 to present.

    The acting Programme Coordinator of NSP , Mr. Lalit informed the SEBS Executive committee that financial report was being prepared by auditor From Shrawan 2069 to Month of Poush 2069.He also informed that the NSP team will present the Audit Report of 6 month (Shrawan to Poush 2069), within 15th Magh 2069.

    C)Presentation of SEBS-NSP Audit Report 2068/2069.

    As the Audit report is currently with the auditor the NSP team promised the SEBS Ex.com team that all report will be made available within 15th Magh 2069.


    D)SEBS-NSP Account

    1.It was also decided to Re-activate the Saving account NCC account of SEBS-NSP and close the account in Lumbini Finance.
    2.It was also decided to change the signature of SEBS-NSP Fixed account in Manakamana Bank and ILFC. Currently the fixed amount is 15, 00,000/- each.Currenlty the signature in the fixed account are of 1. Budhanilkantha School Representative (Mr.Nani Ram) 2. SEBS President (Suresh Acharya) 3. NSP Programme coordinator Mr. Sujan Jojju.
    Now, the fixed account will bear the signature of 1. Budhanilkantha School representative (Mr.Nani Ram), 2. SEBS President (Dr.Tejsu Singh Malla), 3. NSP Programme coordinator Mr. Lalit.

    Mr.Rajan Pathak ,SEBS-NSP Secretary will look work to ensure the signature has been transferred.

    E)SEBS-NSP Monthly Financial Reporting

    It was also decided that SEBS-NSP is to present monthly financial report from the month of Poush 2069.This is mandatory.

    The NSP team has asked for apologies for not attending the SEBS 9th meeting.

    2.FOBS Meeting update

    SEBS Representative to FOBS, 1st VP Mr. Bidur Adhikari informed the SEBS Executive committee about the details of FOBS Meeting held few weeks back.

    3.Invitation to Budhanilkantha School to attend Sports day

    The SEBS Executive committee was informed that they members were invited to attend the Sports days in Budhanilkantha School today at 1 pm.( 5th January 2013 )
    It was decided that SEBS president Dr.Tejsu, 1St VP Mr.Bidur, And SEBS Ex.com Members Samarat, Sabril and Advisor Mr.Bijay would be present in the event.
