Mr. ATIRAM KC WELCOMED in WASHINGTON DC

Visiting Guidance Counselor and a SEBS alumni was officially welcomed at an interaction event at The World Bank Heqdquarter (1818 H Street NW, Washington DC) on April 12, 2013 by members of SEBS and FOBS residing in DC Metro Region. Mr. Nuru Lama (280B) and Dr. Lava Karki (622A) placed a buddhist "Khata" around the neck to honor Mr. A KC's service to the school and students. SEBS -NA's President Mr. Krian Sitoula officially wished a Happy New Year 2070 to all present. After a brief introduction event of everyone present, Mr. AKC provided current updates regarding BNKS and answered questions during interaction program. On behalf of SEBS-North America, Mr. Sitoula officially thanked the out going Principal Mr. NP Sharma for his 3 decades of service to BNKS and wished him well in his coming days. Mr. Sitoula also officially sent his best wishes to the new Principal Mr. Keshar Khulal a very successful tenure. SEBS-North America also officially observed a minute of silence in memory of our deceased alumni (known and unkowns in the past) and our ex-teacher Brig. General (Retd.)Er.Pratap Singh Malla. SEBS-NA president Mr. Kiran Sitoula gave background/updates on the alumni activities and current close relationship between SEBS (led by Dr. Tejsu Malla) and SEBS-North America as well as BNKS.

A dinner reception was held in Mr. A KC's honor at a famous Sicheuan Restaurant in Downtown DC. SEBS-NA President also thanks the organizing committee who helped put together this event.
