Society of Ex-Budhanilkantha Students Executive Committee 2013-2015

The 1th SEBS meeting was held under the chairmanship of SEBS President Dr. Sneedha Mainali
Following issues were discussed and decided accordingly as mentioned below:
1. Introduction to the Ex-com member as being the first Ex-com meeting, members also introduced themselves to eachother.
2. Discussion about the formation of the Advisory committee and Past-President committee
3.SEBS Ex-com members decided to appoint 1st Vice President Vidhan Rana as a spokesperson for SEBS.
4. AASTHA magagine 2013 Rs.4000 was paid to the layout designer (Johhomson Dawadi 300 D) Rs.12 thousand was paid to editor and contributor editor.
5. With the increasing issues form NSP team, the following action have been taken by the Ex-com members:- a.Suspension of the present NSP team untill further notice, (A committee will be formed for the investigation and decesion will be given after 1 month) b.All NSP transactions will be stoped, c.NSP Secretary salary stopped, d.An official notice will be sent to the NSP team.
6.Financial handover by the past president Dr.Tejsu Malla to the new Ex-com According to him Rs 70 thousand was to be collected from Budhanilkantha School Rs. 1lakh 5 thousand from the advertisement of AASTHA 2013. Moreover, SEBS has a credit of Rs.54 thousand to the printing press which printed AASTHA magagine 2013.
7. Change of the Signature in the Bank accounts.
8. The new Ex-com members decided to let Mr. Bidhur Adhikari continue to represent SEBS in FOBS.
9. Discussion about the immediate activities the new SEBS Ex-com is going to organise and participate:- a.SEBS v/s teachers football is being planned to be held very soon,
b.SEBS will be participating in the up-comming Apar foundation futsal competition which is going to be held on August 24,2013 saturday,
c. The new Ex-com committee will be adressing themself in the Budhanilkantha school assembly on Monday August 26,2013,
d.Ten-past-six is planned to be organised soon.
