The 2nd SEBS meeting was held under the chairmanship of SEBS President Dr. Sneedha Mainali
Following issues were discussed and decided accordingly as mentioned below:

1.Progress on NSP issue
Gyanendra Raj Pandey(937A) and Indu adhikari(594B) had been invited by sebs ex comm to advise on the NSP issues. Decision was made to form an assessment team who will look after the issues related with the NSP. The team will be consisting of the following members:
- Lalit Budhayer from NSP
- Vidhan Rana 349C and Kushal Raj Pandey 217C representation from SEBS ex-com
- 2 SEBSers who have been involved in the NSP activities before.

2. MOU with Himalayan Family Health Care (HFHC)
The meeting decided to sign the MOU with the HFHC. SEBS is also going to volunteer in their health camp at Manang which is going to be held on September 23 to September 30th , 2013.Dr. Sneedha Mainali(136C) and Dr. Aayush Kharel will be the sebsers participating. Sebs is still looking for a pediatrician, ophthalmologist and a gynaecologist.

3. Jazz for PEACE
Incoodination with Surendra Shakya(161A), SEBS is going to volunteer in the program "Jazz for PEACE" which is planned for end of October. Jazz for PEACE is going to be a fund raising event for Eduvision and SEBS.

4. Aastha magazine final payment
Most of the money from advertisements has been collected. Soon the debt to the publication will be cleared too.

5. Financial status
SEBS has Rs.15500 as hand cash and needs to collect Rs. 70000 from the school . Principal Mr. Keshar Khulal told the ex comm that the money will be given after a month Rs. 2000 needs to be collected from Sandeep Sada as well.

6. Immediate Activities
- SEBS participated in Apar Memorial Football tournament which was held on August 26,2013 and qualified till quarter finals, - SEBS is going to organize a TEEJ program on September 7,2013. It will be coordinated by the SEBS president Dr. Sneedha Mainali.
- Planning to have a friendly football match with Budhanilkantha school.
- SEBS is planning to organize Ten-Past-Six for 100-900 'A' batch
