    MOU between SEBS and HFHCP

    Its my immense pleasure to let you all know that a MOU has been signed between Himalayan Family Healthcare Project(HFHCP) and SEBS on 15th Nov 2013.The HFHCP was founded in 2009 by Dr. Devi Grurung States, a US resident who was formerly an orphan living on the streets of Kathmandu. It’s a non-profit organization dedicated to providing community-driven, quality, primary healthcare services to improve the health status of children and their families living in remote areas of Nepal and throughout the Unites States.( http://www.himalayanfamilyhealthcare.org/)
    For HFHCP, the contact person shall be Mr.Prakash Shahi and for SEBS, the contact person shall be Dr.Sneedha Mainali .
    The HFHCP and SEBS will cooperate to encourage collaborative activities, which may include, among other possible activities, the following:
    1) Assist to plan, promote, implement and evaluate HFHCP in Nepal.
    2) Assist in recruiting medical and dental volunteers for health camp.
    3) Work with Nepali Board Chair and stakeholders to secure a date for health camp.
    4) Plan and implement promotion of health camp.
    5) HFHCP will be able to state that SEBS is assisting HFHCP in the accomplishment of its goals. This statement may even publicly appear on the website of HFHCP.
    Other areas of collaboration may be identified in the future and cooperative projects related to them may be developed between the two in the spirit of institutional friendship and cultural, educational and scientific cooperation.
