Society of Ex-Budhanilkantha Students Executive Committee 2013-2015 Minute 3

The 3th SEBS meeting was held under the chairmanship of SEBS President Dr. Sneedha Mainali
Following issues were discussed and decided accordingly as mentioned below:
1. NSP progress NSP meeting was held. The breakdown of the financial statement which the NSP team has to submit to SEBS is not yet prepared. The dead-line to submit the breakdown of financial Statement is given till the end of November. After the submission of financial statement Breakdown by NSP team, new plan will be made for new academic year by December.
2. Further activities SEBS is going to renovate the lawn-tennis court in BNKS. Depak 212C dai is asked to estimate the cost of the renovation. SEBS is also planning to organize a leadership Camp, Kaushal Raj Sapkota 041C will be coordinating the program. SEBS will be helping Kaushal Raj Sapkota 041C by providing their education networks. SEBS also planned to conduct an one-day workshop for the club presidents of BNKS.
3. Financial status SEBS needs to collect total of 15500 from Chelsea College and British college. Rs 10000 and 101.65 $ plus Rs 10000 needs to be paid to Biswas Chepang. Rs 30000 needs to be paid to Vidhan Rana 349C. SEBS treasurer Kushal Raj Pandey 217C was instructed report by the president to submit each month’s financial.
4. SEBS ex-com members signed the Artical of Association .
5. Adding the members to SEBS Ex-com- Bolaram Pandey dai and Shreeans khatri 383 D were added to SEBS Ex-com 2013-2015.
6. SEBS presedent Dr. Sneedha Mainali 136C gave a brief report about the interaction program-meet the CA candidates to the Ex-com members.
