The 5th SEBS meeting was held under the chairmanship of SEBS President Dr. Sneedha
Mainali
Following issues were discussed and decided accordingly as mentioned below:

1. NSP updates
The fixed deposite of ILFC bank was renewed for a year. Its interest rate decreased to 8%.

2. Further activities
SEBS is planning to organize a SEBS Jamboree at Budhanilkantha School in mid-april.

3. Tennis court updates
The estimated cost for the tennis court renovation is 7 lakhs rupees, which includes 4 lakhs for concrete and plastering and remaining 3 lakhs for fencing, drainage and other minor costs.

4.Membership cards distribution details
Even after constatnt reminder from Asmita Adhkari 3176D only 4 students collected the cards from SEBS office.

5. Almuni officer
Total of 5 candidates applied for the post of almuni officer. The post is not yet designated to any of them.
