    Dear All,

    1. SEBS Relief and Rebuild HQ is now functioning well. Team are well organized and 80 plus volunteers have signed up. 3 Tata sumo and 1 truck is available for transportation. Truck carrying 1000 sack of rice and 120 tents left Birjung and arriving in KTM as we speak. SEBS has 40 lakh cash on Hand for rescue effort. More pledges are coming.
    2. Kamal and I spoke with last Brijal 478C, who is also assiting Sano-Paila. We have pledge him NRs. 300,000
    3. Banglore: Sumnima and Nitish bhai are working jointly. Tent purchase in huge quantities on going. Yahoo India also assisting. Will use train to ship out by Gorakhpur Express on Monday.
    4. Nepal Jung: Dr. Badri Chapagai, bought 200 tents from his own collection and will drop to Nepalgung airport for Buddha air pick up at AM. Tent will be headed to Sindhupalchowk relief effort. He has agreed to purchase more train for us.
    5. Rabindra 255B has reached to assist Sindhupalchowk area. He is setting up his team this morning and will manage the entire operations for that area. In 2003/2004 SEBS-NA had worked with WorldBank to build a Doko Libary bld there. It seems to be one of the few standing structures and that will be our command center. We have very strong local love for our organization and connection to CDO because of all the work Rabindra had been doing building/rebuild schools there through Shanti school work.
    6. Bal Krishna has asked that we hold off now for transferring fund due to uncertainly. FNCCI has now opened the transfer with zero fee. Need to know where the money will go and how it will affect the retail level effort.
    7. Possibly of Nepal-Red Cross Society working with SEBS

If necessary we have contacts now in Delhi for additional relief effort. Contact through Prashan Luitel bhai.
