Dear SEBS-North America,

As you know we used to hold elections and reunion alongside ANA convention. However, this year due to unprecedented events within American Nepalese Association (ANA) as well as earthquake impact ANA will not be hosting a formal Convention in July.

Our next best alternative is NeSEA/ANMA joint convention which will be held in September 4- September 6, 2015 in North Carolina. http://jointconvention.org/ to host a formal reunion.

Given our direct involvement in current on going relief operations in Nepal and upcoming filing of form 990 to IRS, at the request of the current President Kiran Sitoula (268B), the current excomm has unanimously granted an additional term to his Presidency until Sept 6th, 2015 to lead the organization as President. This will allow SEBSNA to be actively involved during at the early stages of reconstruction phase in Nepal without interruption in leadership and allow us to meet certain regulatory requirements.

We would post the details of election which will now be held in August 2015.
