CALL FOR 33rd SEBS ANNUAL GENERAL ASSEMBLY (AGM)

As per the decision of SEBS executive meeting held on July 18, 2015 Saturday in SEBS office. It is my honor to invite all the members of SEBS to its 33rd Annual General Assembly (AGM) to be held on 2072 BS Bhadra 05 (August 22nd 2015, Saturday) at Budhanilkantha School, Narayansthan, Kathmandu. The Agenda of the meeting are as follows:

A) REPORT PRESENTATION:
i) Annual Report presentation by General Secretary;
ii) Financial Report presentation by Treasurer;
iii) Annual Report presentation of SEBS-NSP;
iv) Report of SEBS initiated Earthquake relief action project.

?? ELECTION:
Restructuring of the "SEBS Executive Committee" through fresh election.
All SEBSers (BNKS ex-students from Batch 1 (1980) to recent +2 /A-level graduates are eligible to cast their vote as per the SEBS constitution.
