The 2th SEBS meeting was held under the chairmanship of SEBS President Dr. Sneedha Mainali
Following issues were discussed and decided accordingly as mentioned below:

1.Progess on NSP issue
SEBS ex-com decided to form an assiesment team who will look after the issues related with the NSP. The team will be consisting of the following members:
- Latit
- Vidhan Rana 349C and Kushal Raj Pandey 217C repesentating SEBS ex-com
- 2 SEBSers who have been involved in the NSP activities before.

2. MOU with Himalayan Family Health Care (HFHC)
The meeting decided to sign the MOU with the HFHC. SEBS is also going to volunteer in their health camp which is going to be held on september 23,2013.

3. Jazz for PEACE
SEBS is going to volunteer in the programe "Jazz for PEACE" which is planned for end of October. Jazz for PEACE is a fund raising event.

4. Aastha magagine final payment
All the money has been collected. Soon the debt to the publication will be cleared too.

5. Financial status
SEBS has Rs.15000 as hand cash and need to collect Rs. 70000 from the school. Rs. 2000 need to be collected from Sandeep Sada as well.

6. Immediate Activities
- SEBS participated in Apar Memorial Football tournament which was held on August 26,2013 and qualified till quater finals,
- SEBS is going to organise a TEEJ program on September 7,2013,program which will be coordinated by the SEBS president Dr. Sneedha Mainali. The venue is still yet to be decided.
- Planning to have a friendly football match with budhanilkantha school.
- Planning to organise some activities for the childrens of BNKS in upcoming Childrens day.
- SEBS is planning to organise Ten-Past-Six for 100-900 'A' batch with in six months.
