The 7th SEBS meeting was held under the chairmanship of SEBS President Dr. Sneedha
Mainali
Following issues were discussed and decided accordingly as mentioned below:

1. IP memorial art competition
Ex-com is planning to organize IP memorial art competition very soon as in past years. Sabril Lamichhane will be co-ordinating the program.
2. Most improved performance award estd at Budhanilkantha School
Recently at Budhanilkantha School an award has been established. Moreover, the award of Rs. 10,000 will be given to the student with heighest difference in percentage in their school term or semister exams. The contributers for the award amount are Sanjeev Shrestha, Haj Bahadur Hamal and Pashupati Shrestha.
3. New members for Ex-com
As 3 of the Ex-com members are going abroad for their further studies Ex-com is in need of new active members.
4. Fund from ‘Wings of Hope’
Association with Himalayan Family Health Care project has contributed Rs. 147,000 to SEBS for using the office space for a year.

5. AGM calling-role assignment
The Ex-com has planned for the SEBS Annual General Meeting on August 16, 2014 for now. An advertisement will be posted within July 15, 2014 calling all the SEBSers for the AGM with fixed date and venue.
6. Binod Memorial Dance Competition
Due to lack of resources, SEBS ex-com has decided not iniciating the Dance Competition this year. The dance competition will be organized next year.
7. SEBS account
Transfering funds collected as interest in BBC to Agricultural Development Bank.
